The world of the radiologist today is ever changing, existing in an increasingly complex and challenging local operating environment. In turn, the BCRS made some purposeful decisions over the last 2 years that has not only enable the organization to respond to these complexities, but which have dramatically increases the ability of the BCRS to become an effective leader in managing, influencing and directing change.
